Challenge Question set 01/07/05

Back to

It's the coming to the end of the year and The Challenge Think Tank will be having a rest for the summer. This will be the last Challenge of the year. I must say that I am very impressed by the many who have taken part and given such great answers. I hope that you have enjoyed it as much as I have.

So the last Challenge is this: The Challenge will continue next year. How would you like to see it continue (any bits you want to see or would like to change?) and who should it be for? Your comments, as ever, are greatly appreciated

I have enjoyed The Challenge. It brightens up the homework and helps us to use the internet and research facts that we didn't know. The things I would change would be each week for each pupil to write their own Challenge question on their choice and then put all of the questions together in a lucky dip and take one out each week. Also for the teacher to take one too and it would be interesting to see the teacher's answers too. (from Shaun - Year 3)

I think you could improve the Challenge by letting us kids set you teachers a question every month. (from Conal - Year 3)

I think it should be allowed for years 3, 4, 5 and 6. I think it should have a Challenge that says "If you could have a robot teacher, what would it be like?" (from Emma - Year 4)

I think you should have a parent Challenge to get their brains tingling, just like ours. The prize should be sweets because my dad loves them and he loves doing the Challenge with me. We are looking forward to doing it together next year. (from Megan - Year 3)

I think these questions are really good. You should carry on. (from Melissa - Year 4)
