A Long Winter
Although not as snowy as last
year, the winter has lasted a long time. The bare, open ground in the
garden will stay bare for a long time yet.

Frosty Honesty
As Honesty is a biannual, which
means it only lives for two years (ittakes one year to grow leaves and
then another to flower), this year will be a flowering year.

Jack Frost's
Fingerprints
This photo was taken on Mr. S.'s
glasshouse. You can see how the icy crystals have slowly built up over
the night.

Time For
A Quick Nap!
No weather is too hot or too
cold for the Mini-Garden Hippo. Here, he takes a nap whilst waiting for
the sun to come out and warm him up. What an easy life. Mind you, there's
not much else to do in the garden.

Beauty

beautiful when we are asleep?
